The halls and the room were fine, but there was no snack vending machine and the selection was minimal.

The location and staff were pleasant, yet they failed to solve issues or needs. Rooms weren’t cleaned, had no Wi‑Fi, and there was a strong marijuana smell in hallways and non‑smoking rooms.

Everyone was very helpful and check‑in was easy and fast.

The balcony was a plus, but the kitchen and pool were unusable because staff were absent, it wasn’t clean, and it was “under renovation”; I booked the hotel for its amenities and didn’t receive a warning before check‑in, yet I was still charged full price even though the amenities weren’t available; Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the cups in the room were dirty, and the A/C barely worked.
