Everything was fantastic – the staff, especially Ibrahim, were super helpful, the room design was excellent, and the location feels like Beverly Hills of Istanbul.

Our stay was fantastic: the hotel itself was amazing with spotless rooms, a perfect location, excellent security and truly exceptional staff, making us feel at home right away; I especially want to mention Nesrin Ece at reception for her kindness, professionalism and warm approach, which was delightful, and the whole experience made us love Turkey even more, so we’d give it a perfect ten and definitely plan to return, with no complaints whatsoever.

The food was A1, the staff were amazing. We felt at home and didn’t want to leave. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. They really know what they’re doing—great team and fabulous hotel. Nothing negative.
