“As avaliações na internet não condizem com a realidade.”
The beds and mattresses were comfortable, the linens and towels were immaculate, and the rooms were clean. However, we spent over 24 hours with a shower that practically had no water; the pressure was so low that when we tried to heat it, even lukewarm water caused the shower to shut off. We all, including the child, had to take cold showers with a trickle of water. The breakfast area was greasy to the point that our clothes smelled like oil, and the tables and chairs were sticky. It would be perfect if the cleanliness matched that of the rooms, as the place has great potential.
“Pessima! Não recomendo.”
Nothing positive. Everything is charged, every action has a warning that you can't do it, and whoever is collecting 100% of the guests must deliver 100% quality. Even the soap dispenser required a request because it was missing. I was billed for early check‑in, something I've never experienced elsewhere in the world. The remote doesn't turn on the TV, there's no smart TV, the microwave in the corridor is old and unreliable, nighttime hydraulic equipment is noisy, the minibar doesn't fit anything and doesn't cool, and the furniture for hanging clothes is falling apart. Another issue is that the town hasn't developed around BCW, making it not worth staying beyond the park days; perhaps the owners are desperate to charge everything they can. There's nothing interesting in the city, and even Balneário Camboriú offers nothing special.
“Hotel BEM simples, mas se o objetivo é preço e ir a pé pro Beto Carrero, compensa.”
The hotel is simple but clean, the bed is good, and you can walk to Beto Carrero. Breakfast is basic but well made (scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh bread, cake, etc.). The hotel’s restaurant serves tasty sandwiches at good prices. The bathroom is VERY small, though the shower is fine. Towels are terrible; that area needs a lot of improvement.
The location is good.
“Bom custo benefício.”
A solid choice for Beto Carrero fans, as the hotel is close to the park. The rooms are simple with a comfortable bed and a basic breakfast that still offers good variety. Staff are helpful and the hotel’s restaurant stands out, especially since few chain options exist in the area. The shower could heat better and the TV lagged a bit.
