The room was huge, spotless, and everything in the bathroom was clean and well maintained.

The air‑conditioners work superbly, which is essential for summer in Plovdiv. The staff were very responsive, and the room was spacious and pleasant. I have no negative comments.

I liked the location, the neighborhood, the parking, the room size, the comfortable bed, and the cleanliness. However, the technical items such as the air‑conditioners and others feel a bit old and quirky to operate. The staff aren’t fully prepared for emergency situations—like a sudden power cut across the whole block—which, while rare, can be stressful for guests and could use a bit more attention.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the centre and the price matched the quality, yet the whole place felt like a chaotic elite dive, full of prostitutes bringing clients to the rooms and zero soundproofing, so you hear them all night.
