“Piacevole soprattutto per la posizione, ma cambiate il letto!”

I liked the good location, clean and orderly environment, and the quiet vibe. The staff were helpful and welcoming, but the breakfast was missing, which was a shame. Paying for a double room, we expected a comfortable double bed for two people, yet we were given a half‑French single bed that was too short and narrow, which was very uncomfortable even for us who aren’t huge.

“Lovely”

The place is 25 minutes on foot from the city center and Bologna Centrale train station. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable, with a kitchen that’s fully equipped if you want to cook, though we only made hot drinks. Self‑check‑in was straightforward, and the host was always reachable via message and replied quickly.

I often travel to Bologna for work and always stay here. The property is convenient, clean, functional, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center, in a quiet area, and the staff are very accommodating.
