“Fantastic location with phenomenal mountain views and friendly, hospitable staff”

Being close to Fountain Creek and a walking trail beside the creek was a real plus. The property sits right at the Historic Manitou Springs sign and is within easy walking distance to local cafés and restaurants, which is handy if you’re tired of driving after a long day. It’s directly south of Garden of the Gods and offers great views of Pikes Peak. I liked everything about my stay. The owner/manager said they might change the pet policy, which would be a deal‑breaker for me if I stay again next year for my annual Colorado trout fishing trip.

The location was right in the middle of everything we did in the area and close to the Manitou Springs downtown, which is very cute. The staff was awesome and accommodating. The place was very clean and the pricing was reasonable. The bed was a little hard, but it didn’t affect my sleep.

Very clean, nice wood floors. The tiles in the bathroom were a little loose.

“Piacevole sorpresa!”

The location was strategic for us, close to everything we wanted to visit! The owner welcomed us optimally, and the slightly “vintage” structure surprised us with everything it offered; nothing was missing, and we were very happy to stay there! Another positive note: we spent 20 days touring the USA and no other place had a room that was redecorated for us; the only one that offered that service was this place!!! No negatives.
