The bed space is amazing! The mattress is single but wide and a half. Above the bed there was a traditional pajama that was very comfortable! Guests were rearranging their luggage at 1 am. I would have liked the person handling messages to respond faster.

It’s disappointing that the shower room and the accommodation are on different floors.

The facilities themselves were quite clean, but the lounge and bathroom were small or insufficient.

The location was great with easy access to key sights, check‑in was really easy, and the shower room amenities were good. The layout is odd; the showers and individual lockers are on the ground floor, making it awkward to shower or get ready. Beds are okay but very warm in the pods, and the lights in the room were on all the time with no way to turn them off; light leaked through the top of the curtain, so an eye mask is a must. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and needed a proper hand towel.
