The location is great, just 200 m from Paddington station and buses everywhere, and the staff are very friendly. However, the room is tiny and old for what you pay, the bathroom is small, the shower head is broken and the water doesn’t drain, the mattresses are old spring types that make it hard to sleep, and the pillows are a matter of taste; at least there’s a small fridge that’s useful, but the furniture is very, very old.

The hotel is in a great spot, very close to Paddington Station, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, buses, and sightseeing buses, and it offers access to the direct express train from the international airport. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and calm when explaining check‑in and stay procedures. Rooms are cleaned daily with high quality and great attention to detail. The reception area has a complimentary station with an electric kettle, English tea, instant coffee, milk, water, and biscuits – a very nice touch. The owners are friendly and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Paddington neighbourhood is near several parks, historical monuments, and Little Venice. The hotel does not have elevators; we stayed on the first floor, which was acceptable, pleasant, and trouble‑free.

Parking was available. The check‑in process took a long time, and housekeeping knocked on my door at 10 am to clean the room even though I was scheduled to check out at 11 am.

The location and staff were amazing! The room is small and cramped, but that was expected given the very good pricing and the great location.

Excellent location. Very comfy beds. Friendly staff. No tea and coffee in the room although was available in reception
