The place isn’t a five‑star guest house, yet I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received; the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the facilities outperformed some hotels I’ve stayed at across Africa. My bed even had TV speakers—I plugged in my MP3 player and listened to music through them, which was great. The location is excellent, with the airport just a stone’s throw away, and the staff even fetched takeaway food for me when I asked, which I truly appreciated. I do wish there were Wi‑Fi, but I understand they might be cutting costs; instead, they handed me a pre‑loaded SIM card for calls to family, which was a thoughtful touch.

“Read my comments before you book.”

The staff are the only thing that’s somewhat present; the address is missing, making it hard to locate. The room facilities are subpar: the shower has no water, there’s no toilet jet for those who might want it, no Wi‑Fi, no soap, and there’s no food or restaurant nearby.
