“the stay would have been Great had the above issues had not occurred.”

I liked the location and it was quiet at night. I felt bad because I didn’t have cash for the deposit, even though no message said I needed cash. There was no bathroom tissue for the first 24 hours, and the toilet bowl was dirty.

“The owner disrespectfully refused to pay deposit of US$200 back without any reasons when we left.”

I stayed in Hotel Room 2 from 11th Dec., 2025 to 16th Dec., 2025 and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner handed us expired food for breakfast and the heater stayed off during winter, while her strange and disrespectful behavior made things worse. Before arrival, she demanded a $200 deposit in cash, which I paid at the door around 3pm on 11th Dec. She promised to refund it when we left if no damage occurred, but on 16th Dec. she refused to return the $200. At 09:30am I texted, “We’re ready for check‑out. Please be present and check everything’s all right and refund the deposit before we leave.” Her husband appeared, claiming the owner was in hospital (likely a lie), inspected the room without comment, then said he had no cash and wanted my bank details for an electronic transfer. I declined because I didn’t trust him. He kept delaying, causing us stress until the last minute, and warned we had only 5 minutes to leave. He then kicked us out at 10:00am without refunding the deposit. HORRIBLE

The location was fine, but there was no internet, poor service, they asked for a cash deposit and it was hard to get it back, and there was no table to eat at.

“With all of the above mentioned , I would still stay there again, I did feel safe.”

The place was well situated on a very quiet street. The room, however, needed a lamp and a top sheet for the bed. There was no face cloth, hand towels, or curtains on the shower window. Cleaning was lacking; a spider nest sat atop the bedroom drapes and dust webs hung from the ceiling above the bed. The TV, which was supposedly included, didn’t work for me.
