The staff were very nice and friendly, all very helpful. Breakfast was quite good. The pool was great, and the hotel is quiet outside Ubud. You can rent a scooter and reach the city in 20 minutes.

The whole resort is in a beautiful jungle, and the rooms are spaced far apart for privacy if you need it. Some other guests with young kids were constantly loud and shouting, which kind of ruined the vibe.

The garden layout is very nice and the staff friendly, especially Yesi who went above and beyond for us, handled our laundry, and was always available for questions or problems. The pool area is beautiful. However, the price‑performance didn’t suit us. The rooms are a bit blandly furnished and could use a refresh (we had to switch rooms because of an ant trail next to the bed—can happen! In the new room the washbasin drain leaked, and we couldn’t lock the door). The food was okay but nothing special. The massages didn’t convince us. The property is nice, but for the price you can expect more.

The hotel area and our room were both very nice and clean. The pool area was relaxing. Wi‑Fi was good. Food in the hotel was very good, and diving was excellent. We also stayed at Thalassa Lembeh and loved that place. We did a Tangkoko tour the same trip when we moved to Thalassa Manado. We enjoyed our stay at both Thalassa resorts.
