The view was amazing, and breakfast was great, with two wonderful housekeepers taking care of us every morning. The beds were comfortable too. But for two of the three days, there was no hot water for showers, and the restaurant was full of smokers during dinner. We slept on the 5th floor under the restaurant on the 6th, so we heard a lot of noise every night.

This hotel is fantastic, right in the lively center of Istanbul and within walking distance to Galata Tower. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and breakfast is excellent with plenty of options, served on the rooftop where you can enjoy a great view of the city. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The location and hospitality were good, but the cleanliness and breakfast left something to be desired.
