The spot is excellent, the staff are helpful, and the view of the park is nice. However, the hotel only accepts bank transfer for visa payment, which foreign tourists can’t use; they should provide more practical options. A loudspeaker in front of the room blares the same music from 10:00 to 18:30, repeating every 10 minutes, and the windows don’t block the sound, so sleeping during that window is only possible if you can tolerate it.

We had a great stay at this hotel, despite a couple of minor issues with the room on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant menu was reasonable. The location was also really convenient, and we appreciated the fact that we could drive up to the hotel without any issues. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that some taxi drivers would try to tell us that we couldn't drive up to the hotel, but that was easily resolved.
