The location is good, the staff are friendly (Jayden especially), and the facilities are great. The super‑big loft‑style room lets you stay all day without getting bored. Nothing else to add.

The hotel was spectacular, with impeccable, huge rooms that made staying with my family super comfortable. The pools were amazing and the whole place had a great vibe. The location was a bit farther from central Gangnam than I first thought, but getting around was easy with Uber. There were lots of cool cafés, bars, and restaurants in the back streets, so overall it was good.

The restaurant was wonderful, although it was only open briefly in the evening. Not all front‑desk ladies spoke fluent English, which shouldn’t happen in a five‑star hotel.

The staff were mostly friendly and the location was great. I liked how spacious and nice the room felt, and the pools and gym looked beautiful. The restaurants were also pretty. On the downside, our two‑level room only had one phone, which was on the upper floor next to the bed, so we had to climb up every time it rang. The hotel didn’t offer decaf Nespresso capsules, and any extra coffee pods beyond the four given each day cost extra. Four days before arrival I ordered a cake and champagne for my husband’s birthday via the messaging service, but when we got there the hotel had no record of the order. The duty manager was not very friendly when I raised the issue, perhaps because of a language barrier. The cake that finally arrived was nothing like the catalogue photo; the advertised cake had real icing, but the one we got had a gel‑like icing, which was very disappointing for a special occasion. On day two I used the gym, and the temperature was set at 24 °C, which was too warm for exercising. When I asked to lower it, they complied, but the gym was unmanned and no one turned on the fans until I noticed them myself. A gym should be kept at a comfortable temperature and prepared for guests, especially when no staff is present. Breakfast was nice but leaned too heavily on Korean food and the last order was at 10 am, which felt early. The coffee machine was broken, so the cappuccino was poor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cappuccino at Beckett restaurant was much better than the one at Poissons buffet. We had chips in the minibar, but they were never restocked during our stay. The cake and champagne arrived without an ice bucket or champagne glasses, and reception mistakenly told me they were already in the room before another staff member confirmed.
