The steakhouse served amazing food, yet the restaurant staff were terrible; the service felt like the poorest I’ve ever experienced, and even after speaking with management who seemed indifferent, nothing improved.

The location was convenient, but the toilet bowl had dried brown sediment at the bottom that housekeeping didn’t remove with a good cleaner—gross. The worst part was being locked out of our room at 11:35 after asking for a late checkout; the front desk had told me 11:30 was the latest, and we were five minutes late because our food took a long time to arrive. We rushed back to the room only to find the door locked. I’ve stayed here many times over the years, but I will never return; I’ll spend my money elsewhere where customers are valued.

The two front desk ladies—one for check‑in, one for check‑out—were helpful and pleasant, and the hotel offered multiple dining options along with good customer service from the valet and concert staff. However, better signage and more staff at the front desk would help, especially during a three‑day holiday and concert. The nightstand sensor lights kept flickering while we tried to sleep, and attempts to contact the front desk led to a loop; I spoke to the same operator four times who seemed indifferent. Finally, a manager said they would contact engineering, but when no timeframe was given, I spoke to another manager who suggested unplugging the light—yet there was no visible plug. I told him this and he offered to send housekeeping to bring a towel to cover it, but I declined. I paid for a triple superior room, room 310, which overlooked the entrance driveway. The phone cord had a grimy dusty buildup, and the bathroom door wasn’t clean—very disappointing.
