The place was super well‑located and the accommodation was very comfortable. The terrace was accessible and the kitchen was equipped with a personal fridge. The bathroom was small but functional. The property was partially under renovation, which didn’t bother the stay but was a bit surprising when I first entered.
The location was close to the sea. The price didn’t match the comfort! The room presentation didn’t match reality – it was shown as having a balcony, but in fact it was outside the room with a broken table and chair. The building was undergoing interior renovations.
I was impressed by the room, the bathroom, and the terrace – all really nice. The price was very competitive, which was a big plus. However, the door at the entrance to the room closed slowly and had loose wooden pieces, and the WC capacity was detached.

The only good thing was the location. The accommodation was unimaginable – the windows were filthy, the floor stuck, the skylight had no blackout, there was no air conditioning and the sun was almost unbearable. The shower only had cold and slightly lukewarm water. Everything felt like half a construction site. It was very noisy. We never received a Wi‑Fi password even after asking. The apartment door (see picture) was covered in wood that could be slid aside, allowing access to the door.
