“¡¡Atención nefasta!!”
The facilities aren’t bad, but everything else is terrible. Service was awful: from the moment we arrived they tried to charge an extra commission for using the Booking app and wouldn’t honor the price we reserved. I spoke with the manager and it seemed like they were doing us a favor. They gave us the smallest, ugliest room, there was no water, and when we asked for help the sleepy, very rude staff member wouldn’t assist. The next day, when we parked, a truck was locked onto our spot, stuck close behind us, and when I asked the staff if they could move it, they didn’t know who owned it and didn’t help at all. I had to keep looking for the owner who never came out, and because of that I was late to my commitment. All bad, I will never return to that hotel.
