The hotel sits near good hotels and the room was fairly clean. But there were several issues: 1) No view from the quadruple room. 2) The toilet flush didn’t work on day one and had to be fixed after a complaint—something that could have been handled proactively. 3) No hot water on the first day; after fixing it only warm water came through, far from hot. 4) The quilt was torn. 5) No dental kit—only cheap Medimix soap and a clinic plus sachets. 6) They cancelled the booking even though I had told them I would arrive late; luckily the room was still available, so no hassle. 7) Breakfast was not included in the room rate.
