“Établissement non sécurisé, cabine qui ne ferme pas à clé : à éviter”
The cabins are tiny wooden chalets with a living area on the ground floor (living room and kitchen) and a bedroom upstairs. When we got to our cabin I was shocked to find no door securing the lower part, and only the upstairs bedroom could be locked (it’s so narrow you can’t even fit suitcases inside). The staff tried to reassure me, saying there’s never a problem, it’s very secure and there’s a guard. After four nights my suitcase had been rummaged through and a pair of sneakers, sunglasses and two pairs of binoculars were stolen. I’ve filed a complaint with the hotel (which has taken no action) and with the booking platform. It’s the first time I’ve ever been robbed in a hotel. How can you rent a chalet without a door?? On top of that the property looks old and poorly maintained, and many of the chalet’s fixtures are missing or broken. In short, avoid it!!!
