The room was clean and the location was good. We were missing the remote, so I called down to the office and the gentleman came to our room, looked around, said he was going to the office to get another one, but 15 minutes later he had not returned. When I went to get in the shower there was no hot water; I called the office again and got no answer. There was no TV and the shower was cold. The bed was comfortable though. 🙄

The convenience of the location and the price were positives. The room had a very bad mildew smell. The shower never got hot; it stayed lukewarm and after 15 minutes the water went ice cold. The overall cleanliness of the room could have been much better, especially in the bathroom where there was a yellow ring of grime around the wall cover of the shower head.
