“It was very disappointing to see the facilities and room furniture.”
The hotel’s location was good and the staff was helpful and courteous, yet the property needs major renovation and improvement; the furniture and facilities are outdated, in poor condition, and do not justify the charges.
“Good”
The breakfast was most likely the best part, yet they forgot to provide an iron.
“it was great”
The location and food were excellent, though the walls inside the room needed a bit of renovation.
“Rooms”
The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the rooms feel outdated and could use a refurbishment, especially the ironing boards.
“Excellent”
The location and neatness were great, but the washroom showers weren’t working properly.
