The location is only 50 m from a busy street, and it’s loud, especially near a club that stays open until 2 a.m. The music and conversations from the club are noisy. Breakfast was weak, not varied, and there were no salads or vegetables.

The owners are nice, but they haven’t issued an invoice for almost a month despite repeated requests, calls, and texts. Every time I ask, they say they’ll issue it soon and I have to meet with an accountant, but nothing actually happens. The breakfasts were small. Even though I wrote down exactly which two breakfasts (eggs and scrambled eggs) I wanted for the next day, only one portion was served the following day. The room looks much better in the photos. The entrance had an unpleasant smell. The curtains and walls were dirty. After making the bed, a crustacean (worm) greeted us. The back of the sheets had suspicious marks, probably rust or something similar. Maybe the sheets were replaced, but earlier comments described them, so the owners knew about it and still gave us the same sheets. Noise in the building – the paper doors have a big draft, which is unappealing. The bathroom’s appearance and construction feel like they’re held together by honor alone. I don’t recommend it; even the proximity to the sea doesn’t make up for the lost time trying to get an invoice or the state of the room. At least the breakfasts weren’t bad, just small portions. PS: I still haven’t received the invoice.

The location is extremely convenient. The beach is a 3‑minute walk from the property, and the center is close by. It’s on a quiet side street. Everything is nearby: bars, shops, beach, a spot for walking the dog. Breakfasts are also great. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

A very charming cottage right on the sea in the heart of town. I’ve been traveling along the Polish coast my whole life, and these are the conditions I’m used to. It’s not a Turkish all‑inclusive, but I think the price is fair even at peak season. A two‑step walk to the center, another two steps to the forest where the sea is already visible. Seagulls can be heard from the window as they fly. In short, a seaside holiday.

The distance to the sea is fine. At the start, we were greeted by doors without handles! We had to struggle opening and closing them throughout our stay. Then we discovered there was no water in the bathroom tap, and the kitchen tap ran cold water. Nothing was prepared for four people: no cutlery, only two forks. No towels. When I asked, the woman brought me two disgusting, dirty towels. I thanked her immediately. All rooms were untidy. Light switches were black with dirt. The sheets looked like they were washed in plain water, no scent. Through the window you could see them drying on a line, poorly hung, falling to the ground and lying there for half a day. The whole place had a damp smell. The listing promised internet, but it was only available for a couple of days, with very weak signal and unusable. This place is disgusting; I’ve never been in such a place before! The photos look good. I gave it a chance despite negative reviews, but now I regret it because the problems were real. The caretakers don’t even encourage a pleasant stay. The price was too good for such conditions, so I wouldn’t recommend it. No culture, and the woman seemed to be offended by everyone. One day my mom wanted to grab a roll in the morning, but the gate was closed and she couldn’t leave the property. We weren’t informed about such surprises. Do not recommend; steer clear!
