The breakfast was varied. Towels ran out at the end. There was only one blanket for two people in the beds. Even though there were four guests, towels were initially only for two.

The staff were very welcoming; at check‑in we met Russian‑speaking employees, making it super comfortable to sort everything out. We left our suitcases at reception and went out for a walk. The room was spacious. The toiletries in the bathroom were good. The bed was comfortable. The location is 3–5 minutes to the metro and three stations to the city centre. Breakfasts are bland, which might not appeal to everyone.

The rooms are large and the furniture and design are nice. The deposit taken at check‑in has still not appeared in my bank account, even though it should have.

We really liked how the hotel looked. The staff’s amazing attitude and their dedication to everything, even the smallest thing, was remarkable. We’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide and know locals in Europe are kind, but this was beyond that level. One of the staff on the street recognized us and asked how we were. At check‑out, they wished us a safe flight. The room itself was huge and spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very varied, so each morning I tried something new. I highly recommend it to everyone! I’m sure you won’t regret it. Thank you so much to the whole team, I appreciate it ❤️ We’ll definitely return next time! ❤️
