I was a bit taken aback when the hotel staff politely informed me that they wouldn't be able to check me in until the standard check-in time of 12 pm. However, I completely understand the reasoning behind this policy and appreciate the hotel's commitment to ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests. Despite the initial disappointment, I was impressed by the hotel's professionalism and welcoming atmosphere, which made up for the slight delay.
