I liked the location, right near the city center, and the hotel was always clean. The room was cool, no plumbing smells, and even though it’s close to the center, I didn't hear the bar noise. Breakfast and lunch were tasty and reasonably priced, and Mr. Ruben and Mrs. Evelyn were always attentive. Definitely coming back.

Owner Ruben was friendly and the place felt like home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, with two pillows each, and the AC and fans kept us cool in Santa Marta heat. We loved the cat and dog, but the window looked straight at a brick wall and the shower was just a tap, no proper head.
