“Perfect for our short stay.”

The beds were comfy, the balcony was nice, and the room was spacious, but the lifts from our room were noisy as they moved up and down the shafts.

Parking costs $35 a night, which feels absurd; it should be much cheaper or even free for guests.

“Pleasant and convenience stay but skip the breakfast service”

The room was big enough to fit another bed for my 14 years old, and the bathroom was also big enough to accommodate 3 people. Walking distance to the lake and the Floriade festival and we were lucky enough to get the last car park on the busy Saturday afternoon when we checked in. The room service was excellent and very clean. The EV charging would have been handy if it's not use as car park at $35 per day. Saturday night fee of $660/night is double than the usual price due to long weekend and school holiday. However, the Sunday morning breakfast was short of staff hence was slow in service. The coffee took half an hour to arrive with no water served while we wait and the breakfast arrived 10 minutes later. The Monday morning has two extra staff, but we still have to wait 20 minutes in the bar area to get a table. The water & coffee arrived within 20 minutes and breakfast 30 minutes. It has improved by 10 minutes but still not good enough
