“Good amazing but small flaws”

The room was clean with a good bathroom, and the staff were decent, though they could benefit from additional training.

The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the dining area was tidy and well kept, but the Junior Suite we booked was misleading—promised to have two separate bedrooms, yet we received a single, very old room that didn’t match the photos; the furniture was outdated, the sofa bed wasn’t set up for children, and the room was far from what was advertised, which was extremely disappointing.

The staff are sweet and kind, and the guy who works outside is great; if I ever come to Oman again, I’ll stay at this hotel again because of that person.

“Location is very good”

Food location, and very kind reception. The breakfast was very bad, extremely very bad, very old food with more than 10 days The vegetables was crying because of everyday use

“Excellent hotel at a brilliant price”

The hotel sits on Gold Street, surrounded by nice coffee shops, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, resolving issues faster than some 5‑star hotels; the bed is comfortable, the room is cleaned daily to a high standard, and the breakfast is adequate with just enough food and no waste, making us very happy overall. The only drawback is that breakfast is served in the restaurant/pub, a bit outdated but not a big deal since we usually eat out with family.
