The place and the people were great. Shree was the best host I’ve ever had in a hotel, and it was the best experience I’ve had in a hotel. If you’re visiting Darjeeling, this is the place to stay♥️

Only the location and the staff were decent; everything else—food, rooms, hygiene, noise—was bad.

I didn't find anything worth mentioning, but the staff's behavior left a bad impression.

The hotel sits right next to Mall Road, which is great, but the mattress felt a little uncomfortable.

Shree at reception was very courteous and polite, and the rest of the staff always had a smiling face; the washroom was clean, though the hand towel was missing and we had to ask for it each time. The breakfast spread needed more continental options, the lift was a bit dirty, and despite booking a couple of months ago we still didn't get a room with a good scenic view.
