The room was clean and the facilities were fine, but the entrance signs are a bit small and the Google‑Map directions need updating because the back‑gate route through the golf course makes people lose their way and waste a little time.

The location is good and the shuttle to the airport works well; Max kept you well informed with all the information you need, he was excellent 👌.

The hotel was tucked away and very quiet, with staff who were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the walk from our room to the restaurant was about 300 m and they always offered a shuttle, and the swimming pool was superb—probably just us guests there. The breakfast, however, was very basic and we had to pay extra for a second coffee.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which was set beautifully on a golf course, and I was impressed by its cleanliness. However, the breakfast offering was a letdown, lacking variety and flavor. Despite this, the hotel's location and upkeep made for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in the dining department.

I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice, and while I appreciate its beautiful gardens and well-maintained grounds, my experiences with the staff have been concerning. On my first visit, I was charged for a missing key card without clear justification, and on my recent stay, I was unexpectedly asked to pay for stains on the bedsheets that resulted from a lovely gesture by the staff - leaving flowers on my bed for a wedding night.
