The hotel was very close to the entrance of Yala National Park. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but breakfast was fantastic. It was the birthday of the son of the friends who came with us, and our guide and the hotel staff surprised us in the morning by decorating the breakfast table with a cake and candles; they behaved very well, thank you so much! At night we were allowed to swim in the pool without any time restrictions.

The location is great, near the national park, and the staff greeted us warmly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our short stay. Some of the AC units couldn’t be turned off, so one room was slightly cold, but blankets were provided for our comfort.

When we arrived, the staff went out of their way to welcome us, answering every request immediately with a smile. The 24/7 swimming pool is excellent. The majority of the hotel was great; in our room the shower was a bit dirty, while the room of the friends who traveled with us was clean.

I was blown away by the secluded location of this hotel, it's like a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to lend a hand. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, and having a TV in the room was a nice touch. The huge pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just so peaceful.

We had a great experience with the hotel staff, they were super flexible when our plans got ruined by the weather. They were really understanding and helped us out, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the service that really made our stay special.
