The facilities were excellent and the location unbeatable.

The location is excellent, just a 2‑minute walk to the Pantheon and central to many key attractions, and entering the building and apartment was easy and well communicated; staff responded promptly to any questions. However, the apartment felt dated and rundown, the air conditioning dripped and made a puddle, the waterfall shower head was broken, and the mini fridge was off, so we had to figure out how to turn it on.
