The noise was unbearable—first the fridge in our room had to be unplugged, then street traffic, and in the early morning there was a lot of noise from preparations for some event or something like that, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was very warm and the location very central. Everything else was great, but it was a real disappointment that arriving in the early morning for our engagement we couldn’t rest because loud noises started right away—chairs being dragged, footsteps, laughter, conversations, and then music. I understand there’s a lounge just above the rooms and that it’s a business, but renting it so early feels poorly planned; we didn’t sleep at all. The quality of the place and the staff were excellent, though.

The room and the service were excellent. Parking on the avenue where the hotel is located is very difficult.

The location is close and parking is nearby. The room was neglected, had no ventilation, old towels, bedding with pet hair, and limited soap.
