I can’t say what I liked. There was no heating, no blinds on the windows, no insulation at all (everything was audible from other rooms). When I first used the bathroom, there was a gift on the toilet and the mattresses were horrible—we slept terribly and were cold.

The place is well situated, arrival instructions are crystal clear, and the rooms stay tidy. However, the bunk beds are low‑quality and noisy, and there’s barely any equipment available.

We liked the location and the fact that the room was sized for two; checking in and out was smooth without having to talk to reception. On the downside, the kitchen fridge was unusable and smelled unpleasant, the shower and toilet were not very clean—especially the shower—, the bed was very hard, the room was cold, and the blankets and pillows were too thin to keep us warm; towels were missing altogether. The noise level was high due to poor sound insulation.

The reception was fine and everything else was satisfactory. Nothing else to note.
