The check‑in was quick and the check‑out was easy. I asked for a smoke‑free room but got a smoking one, and that wasn’t a big deal if the rooms were actually cleaned, but they weren’t; the place smelled like dust, dirt, and someone had dumped an entire ashtray on the sheets and pillows, and the AC unit was covered in smoke residue.

The hotel was very quiet, the rooms were nice and clean, but there was no ice machine available when I needed one.

“You get what you pay for...”

The price was the lowest around for the holiday weekend. The location was inconvenient for getting in and out of the motel, sitting on the corner of a major intersection, and it felt like a safety issue. The parking area was on one side of the building and only had about three spots, so you couldn’t see your car from the room facing the highway; the view was just the highway, no city. The place was clean overall, but the towels were dingy, thin, and cheap, and they only provided a bath towel and washcloth, not hand towels. There was no table lamp for reading, only recessed ceiling lighting that you had to turn off by getting out of bed. Cable was basic, no streaming services, and no channel guide unless you spent time scrolling through all the channels. Basically, you get what you pay for. That’s it.

“Decent for last minute accommodations”

The place was fairly clean, parking was available, and it’s close to the highway, but the beds shift, are noisy and a bit uncomfortable, the sheets had burn marks and holes (in the non‑smoking room), the TV is outdated with basic cable and no Netflix or similar apps, and many bugs flew around the door because of the lights, some even getting into the room.
