The location is right in the centre and the manager’s service was excellent. No further comments.

The hotel is centrally located and the restaurant serves meals. The room assigned to me had no street or pool view, the bed sank in, the air‑conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and stayed constantly very cold.

Having a pool is a real plus in Pucallpa’s humid heat, and Liz and Sofia at reception provided the best service, unlike the rest who never smiled. The night was pretty noisy because of other guests; I think reception should keep a tighter lid on nighttime noise and limit TV volumes, as some rooms were blasting music up to 3 am, disregarding others’ rest. Noise control is lacking.

The location is convenient. The staff were unfriendly, gave no guidance on how the facilities are laid out, the minibar was in terrible condition, there was no intercom, the TV’s placement strained the neck, the bathroom was in poor shape with yellow toilet seats and overall low hygiene, and there was no bedside lamp to hold personal items. Etc.
