The location was good. However, the night receptionist was so absorbed in her personal phone that she didn’t attend to us—by far the most rude service I’ve experienced. There was no elevator, so carrying a suitcase up the stairs was difficult. The front desk man helped at check‑in, but the departure was a hassle.

We had a car mishap at 17:30 and ended up at this hotel by 20:45. My Spanish is terrible, yet the taxi company and the owner of the hotel helped us out brilliantly! She traced where our car had been after being towed and explained the issue to the garage. The garage immediately scheduled a repair. The people here are truly helpful.

Emplacement. Petit déjeuner moyen peu de choix et le croissant pas du jour, plutôt du décongelé. Baignoire mais on ne peut pas boucher l évacuation donc on peut pas prendre de bain . Mauvais rapport qualité prix
