The location was perfect—just 6 minutes to Muchavista beach—and we got good value for money; the surrounding area was nice, and we stayed 11 nights with very good sleep. The supermarket and overall area were pleasant. Another guest room sat next to ours, and some people also lived in the main house. However, ants appeared in the kitchen, there was no wardrobe or washing machine for longer stays, and the host could have communicated more proactively. The kitchen was often cleaned because of short‑term guests, so it was unavailable at times in the afternoon.

The owner was friendly, but the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy; the bathroom light didn't work; and there were no toiletries in the bathroom, only hand soap.

The area was very useful and the pool was nice, but unfortunately the kitchen had very few utensils, making cooking difficult; I think buying more utensils would help. In the room there was no wardrobe or any place to store clothes, which was inconvenient.

The location was perfect—you can walk to the beach in just 7 minutes! The lady who handed us the keys was very kind and helpful; she showed us our room and the kitchen/dining area. Our room was clean and had fresh towels. The wi‑fi was super strong! The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped, so you can easily make any type of food if you want to. We also met the owners, who are amazing people and recommended various places to visit in the area. Public transportation was great, with the city centre only 20 minutes away by tram. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in Alicante! We will definitely come back. Thank you very much!
