Cleanliness, staff, and location were excellent. The room was great but could be a bit bigger; not a huge deal though.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable—perfect for a stay in Bath. No complaints at all.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the centre. Despite that, probably because I had an internal room, it was really quiet. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer.

The location and the staff were great. The rooms are very small, but that was already mentioned in the listing.
