I came in and out several times, and each time the staff greeted me politely and made me feel at ease; the location was great, close to Ōmi-machi Market and Karinbo, and the main street was calm on the inside. The free coffee was a nice touch, but the preparation was tricky.

I could relax more in the room at APA Kanazawa Chuo than I could in the place I stayed at before; the space was wider and more comfortable.

The hotel feels traditional, with solid facilities, very friendly staff, and a convenient spot. The room size is decent for what you get in Japan. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, though it leans more Japanese in style. I missed having an onsen. The TV in the room is too small and doesn’t match current standards, and there’s no key‑card TV. I would have liked better lighting in the room.

I loved the old‑hotel vibe, the kind of place we used to go to when I was little; there aren’t many places like this left, so please never change it!

The room was simple and easy to use, and I couldn’t hear noise from other rooms, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet had small portions of side dishes that were really tasty. The room lacked a USB outlet, and I felt the amount of bottled water was insufficient.
