The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeepers, and the hotel’s location is convenient. Everything was neat and tidy. Towels are changed if needed, sometimes even daily. They provide breakfast in the room. I was very disappointed that the listing on Booking said “private bathroom and ensuite”, but in reality the bathroom was shared with another room. The reception staff were surprised when I mentioned that I had booked an apartment with a private bath; I think the fault lies with whoever entered the information on the site, not the front desk. As a woman, I constantly had to share the bathroom with men and feared leaving the room unlocked even when just going to the toilet. I chose the cheapest room, so keep that in mind when booking.
