“Все необходимое для проживания есть в номере. Мало места для сушки купальников.”
The location is the main plus. A small, comfortable hotel. It needs one more stool; it’s a bit far to sit on the bed from the table.
I really liked the location, couldn’t have imagined a better spot. It’s far enough from the crowds at night, yet close to all the attractions in Sunset. The room was spacious, the bedding wasn’t very clean but I’m used to that in Vietnam. The walls could use a refresh; someone had been actively rubbing them with shoes and a suitcase, but that’s not a deal‑breaker. I celebrated my birthday in Sunset and booked a massage. Afterward they told me the massage was a complimentary gift from the hotel, which was nice.
The location is overhyped with unjustifiably expensive accommodation. The room had no balcony, so there was nowhere to dry a swimsuit. If you’re planning walks or traveling with a stroller, this place is definitely not for you. It’s not pedestrian‑friendly, and the stroller situation can be forgotten. There are no pedestrian paths; if there are, they’re either stairs up or down the hill. Everything is paid for, even the beach isn’t free to enter. When the sun goes down, all the viewing platforms and cafés (where you can see the sea) close. The platforms are covered by two‑meter‑high shields and the cafés simply shut down. Prices are outrageous, and there isn’t even a basic mini‑market to buy anything. The famed Khém beach is only for those who can afford it, and it’s very dirty, crowded, and expensive. Even the toilet and shower are paid.
“It would be great to add an option for early check-in or provide a 24-hour reception desk.”
The staff answered all my questions politely before check‑in, but they didn’t grant an early check‑in; otherwise everything was very good. The location is excellent, and the hotels look brand new. It was quiet and peaceful at night, though the staff’s replies were polite but usually came several hours after I sent my messages.
Clean. The smoke smell was spread throughout the corridors and rooms; the reception was unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncooperative, with a cold attitude.
