We originally booked a simple room, but upon arrival we saw a chalet was free and swapped rooms, which was the best thing—an amazing chalet with a fireplace and a breathtaking view. The stay was perfect; the lodge is basic, yet Adriana is very attentive and the other staff are also very attentive—10/10.

We had an excellent experience. Adriana, the manager, is very attentive and kind, even walked our pet while we were away. The place is beautiful and the location is great.

We were welcomed warmly and it was easy to find. Two points that aren't exactly criticisms but here they are: the double bed is standard size, which I find too small for two people. Not providing bath towels is disappointing, even though it was noted in the booking (given the daily price, they could easily have been included).

Excellent location, the chalet was spotless. Stunning view from chalet 02.
