The staff earned a perfect 10 points! The room had a problem: the child's bed was dangerous because when turning around, the head could hit the “shelf” that was above. We ended up disassembling the bed and asking for a mattress on the floor.

The location was excellent, just above the currents next to Guerrin. They offered 24‑hour luggage storage, which was great before check‑in. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room was functional, and the staff were friendly, though they were negligent about arranging a taxi to the airport. The cleaning was regular, the place was dark, and there were few amenities, but everything worked. We had a major issue: we requested a taxi to the airport at 3 am and the receptionist forgot. We had to call one at that moment, it was solved but it was stressful.

The staff were very attentive and the location is convenient, but the facilities, furniture is old, and the bathrooms are in bad condition.

We spent three days at the hotel and everything was perfect. The location is very good, the breakfast is plentiful, the cleanliness is top‑class, and the parking is downstairs; we highly recommend it.
