Location was excellent. The hotel’s common areas, reception, bar and restaurant were good, but the rooms were very tired and need updating

Great location – very central, near tram stops and plenty of shops. The room was tidy and the beds comfy. The staff was very helpful

I had to leave a day early and the hotel could not refund. They referred me to you and you never responded. Please arrange a refund for the final night

Excellent customer service. Close to everything we needed. Best croissants we have ever had from the A LA CARTE menu in the restaurant
