Don’t book this place at all – they’ve been inexplicably closed for a month. When we arrived, a staff member told us the hotel was shut, said they couldn’t cancel the reservation themselves and that we had to do it, and only after a colleague intervened was it resolved. It was extremely annoying that they didn’t warn us beforehand, leaving us to find a new place to stay after a five‑hour drive.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine. However, there was no piece of furniture, shelf, or rack to put our clothes and suitcases on, so we had to leave everything on the floor. Only two towels were provided for our four people.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, good service overall, and great breakfast. The only downside was that the invoicing system was slow in delivering the paperwork after payment.
