The hotel features a sun terrace, garden, outdoor fireplace, and bar, as well as an outdoor seating area and full-day security. It's a short walk from Dolby Theater and Capitol Records Building, near the Hollywood Sign and Universal Studios Hollywood.

The location had Old Hollywood vibes. When I asked the front desk for ice in our room, they told me to go back up to our room, get the ice bucket, and bring it to them so they could refill. They didn’t just bring another ice bucket, and if they were low on buckets they would just take my empty one when they came to the room with the ice. It was an unnecessary pain when I’m paying over $300 a night.

Everything! The decor – every room had Hollywood stars of the past on the doors, which was very cool. The staff were friendly and genuine – Kiki was amazing and we got our rooms early! The bar in the deluxe rooms was very well stocked and a joy to look at. Breakfast was fantastic and I loved the welcome glass of sparkling wine. I went to a show at the Hollywood Bowl and walked to and from the hotel – it was so easy!

Classy, cute, and very comfortable, located conveniently in a classic Hollywood area. The seated outdoor area in the garden is very lovely too, with its waterfall and fire features.

At reception there was a cold water dispenser. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the central location in Hollywood is convenient; Waymo can also get there. The breakfast is not recommended—only coffee, pastries, and jam. A larger amount was immediately charged to my credit card (about $400 more than the expected cost) as a deposit. No one could tell me if or when that would be refunded. It was returned on the checkout day, after which the bill was correct, but the initial process was very unclear and confusing.

The hotel is amazing; the best thing about Hollywood is the beds, and the staff are wonderful.
