The hotel feels modern and mostly well kept; my room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, and the little fridge in the room was a handy bonus. Breakfast was generous, especially for vegetarians, but the balcony was a mess of pigeon droppings, and the front desk didn’t offer much help with city sightseeing since there’s no tourism desk. Adding a meat option to breakfast would improve the experience.

I booked a large room with a balcony, but was given a small, balcony‑free room. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they apologized but said it was unavailable, and when I showed the photos from my reservation, they claimed it was occupied. I see this as disrespect, unprofessionalism, and theft; I only asked for what I paid for.

The place was very nice and the staff were happy. The room was nice and clean.

We had two children and chose the room because of the extra bed. The room was smoked in, it smelled very bad, and the bathroom was already rundown.
