“This property was well worth the cost.”
The staff were exceptional, breakfast was substantial, and the rooms were very comfortable, though the location was a bit questionable.

The staff were very nice, yet the pool was freezing and dirty, the surroundings felt very scary, there was a huge pothole, and the lady serving breakfast was overwhelmed—she was juggling cooking, stocking, and cleaning, and still ran out of food.

I stayed close to the children's hotel and the staff were friendly, but the location and the surrounding neighborhood left something to be desired.

Breakfast could have offered more options, but it really had none, and the coffee was not that great.

The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was good, but the 4 pm check‑in time was very late and we couldn't check in earlier; most hotels allow 3 pm check‑in with a slight early‑arrival option.
