Elegant rooms have carpeted floors and tan-brown decor, with private bathrooms and some baths. A daily buffet breakfast with juices and pastries is served in a garden-view breakfast area. The hotel is close to San Martin pedestrian street, shops, and Mar del Plata Airport.

The room is small, but suitable for a single person for one night. The breakfast is good, but the mattress is very old.

I found the place closed for renovations, so I never got to see it. After booking, they emailed me that I'd be moved to the Vip's hotel, where the staff treated me very well. It would have been better if they had mentioned the closure at the time of booking.

I was moved to the Vip's because of repairs, so the rating applies to that room. They keep talking about the Vip's, but the showers are really small; everything else is fine.
