The location is decent, but the breakfast was awful—just a stale loaf and a single fried egg, no cheese or ham. Even my roommate in the next room couldn't get any bread; he ended up eating a cream cracker with egg. The room and bathroom were cramped, forcing me to shower sideways. Worst stay I've had in Rio.

Great value for money. Excellent location near a market, bakery, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Bia welcomed us warmly—she’s a sweetheart—and Adriana showed us the facilities and was very attentive. Wallace also made us feel at home. The room had air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a mini‑fridge; everything met our needs perfectly. I’ll definitely return!

It’s a straightforward hotel that meets expectations: the room and bathroom were spotless, though small as advertised. Solo and backpacking, it was ideal. The shower had good pressure and heated well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently close to the beach, just steps from the metro, and surrounded by 24‑hour food options. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms; it didn’t bother me since the hotel was empty, but it could be an issue in peak season. The street feels odd, and at the corner with Siqueira Campos the smell of urine and feces was strong—so I stuck to the middle of the street.
